To communicate a premium and luxurious brand impression and re-launch Future Solution LX, a review of their current communication was completed across Shiseido's social platforms.
To strengthen the positioning of the re-launch key influencers were engaged, followed by a sampling campaign to reach and drive potential customers to purchase.
Increase In Offline Sales
The campaign and re-launch of the Future Solution LX product successfully improved consumers impression of the Shiseido brand, and as a result, the campaign garnered 33% more in-store sales compared to the previous year.
Additionally, Shiseido gained 4,758 more newsletter sign-ups during the campaign.
