Moreover, Shiseido wanted to make sure their communication across social media was giving consumers the right impression of the premium brand and that digital marketing efforts were improving sales.
OUR APPROACH
To communicate a premium and luxurious brand impression and re-launch Future Solution LX, a review of their current communication was completed across Shiseido's social platforms.
To strengthen the positioning of the re-launch key influencers were engaged, followed by a sampling campaign to reach and drive potential customers to purchase.
THE RESULTS

The campaign and re-launch of the Future Solution LX product successfully improved consumers impression of the Shiseido brand, and as a result, the campaign garnered 33% more in-store sales compared to the previous year.
Additionally, Shiseido gained 4,758 more newsletter sign-ups during the campaign.
