Despite being a premium skincare line, Shiseido's style of communications across social media did not accurately reflect the brand's upscale image, and digital marketing efforts were not reflecting significant conversions in sales.
In order to deliver a sophisticated and luxurious brand image for Future Solution LX, a communication revamp was executed across its social platforms.
Key influencers were engaged to strengthen the positioning of the skincare line, followed by a sampling campaign to target and drive potential customers to stores.

The key campaign focus was to measure campaign KPIs that indicate purchase intent, and as a result, the campaign garnered 33% more in-store sales compared to the previous year. Additionally, Shiseido gained 4,758 more newsletter sign-ups in the 8-month campaign.
